"Hatsune Miku Birthday Message Project 2023" is developed in conjunction with the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) as part of their experimental research demonstrations for the "Songle Sync" and "TextAlive" technologies. This research is supported in part by JST CREST Grant Number JPMJCR20D4, Japan.
What is Songle Sync?
Songle Sync is a large-scale music-synchronized control platform which controls individual smartphones and personal computers set to online music playback to create a simultaneous audiovisual experience for multiple people at once. The animations are dynamically generated on the device, keeping the transferred data amount compact.
What is TextAlive?
TextAlive is a web-based creativity support tool for authoring "lyric videos," videos in which lyrics are animated as kinetic typography, synchronized with the musical pieces. It allows anyone to create, edit, and share lyric videos within a web browser.
