Common Items
To avoid accidents and confusion, and to ensure smooth entrance for all people, please follow the instructions from staff. If you do not follow staff instructions or the rules, you may be asked to leave the venue or the Live Concert may be cancelled. The ticket is non-refundable in this case.
Please note that we do not grant refunds for any personal reasons. We may grant refunds in the case of event cancellation, postponement, or change of the event content.
Transportation fees to the venue and accommodation fees are to be borne by the attendant.
Please do not run inside or outside of the venue. When you line up or enter/exit, please walk in order.
Please do not cut in line or secure a spot in line by leaving your luggage. Meeting up with a friend or acquaintance already in line is prohibited. When you are leaving for using the bathroom or due to indisposition, make sure to inform people around you.
Please do not leave small children unattended. Announcements for individual calls cannot be made at the venue.
If you are feeling sick (or have symptoms of a possible infectious disease), please consult with a medical institution before visiting the venue.
Please pay attention to your health condition, and if you feel sick inside the venue, please inform the nearest staff member as soon as possible.

In the event that one of your belongings has been stolen or lost, or if you suffer an injury, please inform the nearest staff member as soon as possible.
Do not run, or stare at your smartphone while you walk in the venue to avoid unexpected accidents.
Do not bring large luggage that could inconvenience other people.
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the venue. Please do not come to the venue after consuming alcohol. Consumption of beverages for hydration is allowed.
Smoking is not allowed outside of the designated areas. For smoking areas, please check the official website of the venue.
Do not sit on the floor in the venue, open your luggage, or monopolize public spaces.
Do not hold or announce any individual events at the venue. Please also understand that we are requested by the venue to make sure that areas around the venue and the pathways towards stations are not blocked. We kindly ask for your cooperation.
Please be cautious of unofficial questionnaires and solicitations outside of the venue.
Please do not buy unofficial merchandise being sold or official merchandise being resold outside of the venue.
Do not take home exhibition and advertising materials.
There will be photo shootings, video recordings, and media interviews at the venue. Please understand that there is a possibility that you might be visible in a media-published photo or video.
We are not responsible for any disputes amongst visitors. In such cases, please consult between each participant.
The event may be cancelled, postponed, or have its contents and location changed subject to various circumstances.
Bringing any type of selfie stick, gimbals, large equipment such as large monopods, tripods, stepladders, telephoto lenses, etc. into the venue is not allowed (except by registered news media).
Live streaming by attendants in the venue lobby is not allowed. Please do not take photos / record videos while walking as it is dangerous.
Taking photos or videos of others without their consent is strongly prohibited.
When filming a person as well as posting or publishing photos and videos afterwards, please make sure the subject has consented to being filmed.
Taking photos / video recording / audio recording and live streaming inside the live concert venue is prohibited, including prior to the start of the show and after the end of the show (excluding official staff).
Corporations and individual business owners other than cooperating companies of this event shall not take photos / videos or publish them for their own promotion.
Please refrain from coming to the venue the day before, during the night before, or the early morning before the event. Please follow the instructions of staff.
Regardless of individuals or corporations, we cannot accept gifts for performers, exhibitors, related parties (including creators). Please refrain from bringing them.
Please refrain from bringing raw leeks to the venue.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, reuse of images/videos from this website is prohibited.
Please refrain from making inquiries to the venue facility.
The content of these "Guidelines" are the rules for this event. Regarding actions not mentioned, if the actions will cause trouble to other participants or if the event staff finds the actions inappropriate, you may be approached by the staff. We ask for your cooperation.

Live Concert
Live Tickets
A "Live Concert Ticket" is required for each show. Please read notifications on the ticket very carefully and follow staff guidance at the venue.
Preschool children cannot attend.
For all venues, seats located at 2F and above are seated tickets. Seated tickets require attendants to be seated during the show, and attendants are not allowed to stand while viewing.
There is a separate 600 yen drink charge at Zepp venues (alcohol is not available).
Live Concert Ticket will not be sold at the venue on the event day.
Entry / Reentry
Please bring identification documents as you may be asked to verify your identity.
A line will be formed 30 minutes before opening time, according to numbered tickets for Zepp venues. Please line up following the staff's instructions. (For 1F standing tickets only)
Entry will begin at door time in order of the numbered tickets. (For 1F standing tickets only)
In the case that there are delays in the show starting, venue announcements and staff guidance will be made. Regardless, please arrive at the live venue with time to spare.
Reentry is not allowed. In the case of extreme circumstances, please consult with a staff member at the entrance.
Please refrain from lining up at the venue before 9 AM (all venues).
Admission of U-18 seats
If you have a U18 seat ticket, please be sure to bring an identification card (student card / insurance card / other certificate) that can confirm the age of the person under 18 years old. Without proper confirmation, admission may be refused.

Attendees in wheelchairs will be guided to wheelchair spaces. Anybody who is accompanying must have their own tickets. Due to viewing space restrictions, upon purchase of your ticket please contact below at least one week before the show.

Waiting / Viewing
The concert will be very loud, please be careful for young children.
Jumping, standing on your seat, and bringing in your own stool to stand on, are prohibited.
The concert will be about 2 hours long.
Glow Sticks
Please do not wave anything other than glow sticks.
Excessive waving of glow sticks may cause trouble to other audience members. Be careful to not block the view of others around you when cheering.

Use of special glow sticks (with a length of 25 cm or more, with excessive light emission, handmade/modified), flashlights, devices using batteries, light bulbs, light-emitting materials or LEDs, are restricted as they can cause inconvenience and injury to people around you and may interfere with the production and management of the live concert.
* Please understand and cooperate in order to let all attendees enjoy the live concert comfortably.
Prohibited Glow Sticks / Ring Lights
25 cm long or more, battery-powered or not
Battery-powered glow sticks using other than button batteries. (Including those shorter than 25 cm)
Glow-sticks with shapes and performances modified from the one on the market such as increased brightness, flashing, multiple glow stick combined, etc.
Handmade devices

Any other device judged inappropriate by staff.
* Glow Sticks / Ring Lights sold as official merchandise are adjusted for the live concert, and are not included in the prohibited items above.
* Official merchandise glow sticks from past Hatsune Miku concerts are also compliant to the above restrictions, and can be used.
Emergency Medical Services
On the day of the event, if you are injured or feel ill, please inform the nearest staff member inside the venue.
If any irregularities occur, they will be dealt with in cooperation with nearby medical institutions.

Official Merch Stands
A Live Concert Ticket is required to access the merch stand inside of the venue. Live Concert Ticket is not needed for access to the merch stand outside of the venue, and anybody can purchase.
Only Live Concert Tickets for the day printed on the ticket are allowed.
Please note that your purchase may not complete before the show starts.
Products on sale will be in limited quantity. Please be aware that some products may be sold out.
Please note that we will not accept returns, exchanges or refunds of merchandise items unless there is a defect on the product. Contact the merch stand staff for defective products.
Please note that exchange or returns will not be accepted for damaged or stained packages, product mounts or wrappings.
Please refrain from lining up and standing by the venue on the day or night before the event.
Credit cards (Master, VISA, JCB, American Express, Diners, Discover) are accepted.

Electronic payment (Transportation IC cards, iD, Rakuten Edy, nanaco, WAON, QUICPay, Rakuten Pay, au PAY) is accepted. You can also purchase with cash.

Please be sure to check the purchased products and accounting details at the cashier.
We cannot put on hold, order, or send out the merchandise.
To relieve the congestion on the day, please do not trade merchandise between customers around the merch stands after purchasing.
Random items are randomly selected by the sales staff, and the contents cannot be checked before purchase. We cannot guarantee that you will get every character even if you buy a large quantity.
Stock is separated per venue, however is not reserved per show. Stock is shared between day and night shows on the same day, so some merchandise may sell out.
